Ok Screw Allegri , No one is irreplaceable whether he is good or bad. A side with those Conversations which we don't even Know what will happen later. Now there are 2 opinions one of them playing with 3 mids and other to keep with same formation. --------Montolivo---------Dejong---------------Nocerino--------- -----------------------------Boateng------------------------------- or --------Boateng----------Dejong---------------Montolivo--------- 3-Attack: we have 3 second striekers and 2 Strikers. Also there are 2 opinions playing with 3 or 2 attackers with many opinions about names. Conclusion : 1- we have 8 mids and 5 attackers 1 of which is almost always injured , which makes it hard to play with 4-3-3 (4-2-1-3) formation all the season, but this formation must be used by allegri when Montolivo/Boateng are absent. 2- The formation Lacks bench. Any Injury will affect the Starting 11 a lot even though Starting 11 formation it self isn't perfect. Those are the most common thoughts i think , maybe i missed more , but those are the main ones.
